Another development step for ARC_Pedals

Last week has been revealed the latest ARC_Pedals prototype; this version has been tested in these days by Fabio Onidi (Auto GP driver) and by Trident GP2 team. Since many components are delivered and few of them remain in stand-by for the last tests, we can start to give you the first technical sheet. ARC_Pedals born to equip out training simulator and, of course, all of the simulator present in the world; in add, it will installed on the Mercedes Driver Academy that will be set in Berlin. As all other our products, we've decided to realize a specific version for the sim-drivers as they can have a professional product in their houses. This system has been developed to avoid some problems from oils and hydraulics componenents with an innovative project.

Try to think about a very expensive simulators that can be stopped by a little problems or try to think about a simulator equipped with a very tricky components with few settings... Our ARC_Pedals has been realized to avoid problems and to give a better feeling as a real racing car with different settings options; the core is a pneumatic system and this is very appreciated by racing drivers because they have noticed the maintenance of performance from 'beginning to the end” of training sessions. The pneumatic system can work in compression and compression/decompression controlled by a valve located above the piston. The system is self-loader in order to restore the pressure to zero when each pedal is released. These are the big differences between the new system and our hydraulic braking system installed into the sim (a real GP2 braking system) because is impossible, for the hydraulic, keep the right pressure thanks to the high temps and stress on the material.It will be realized in some versions and all of them could be upgraded step by step. They should be installed on a strong structures.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
* Pneumatic braking system until 95 kgs.
* Three kind of step with throttle, brake and clutche
* Strenght and lenght of pedals could be set in different ways
* Fast setting without holes and other tricky components
* Very strong frame
* Milled pedal box that works with steel pin on sleeve bearings
* Tilt adjustment by worm
*The sides movement can be setted by worm
* Linear potentiometers but, by request, it's possible install a pressure sensor on brake pedal
* Logitech G25 and G27 link (without pressure sendsor)
* It can be connected by ARC_BOX (a separated hardware component that managed also our ARC_Gearbox) directly by USB connection
* Other mechanic settings
* Professional painting
